Terms of service
Last updated 17 September 2026. GolfData is operated by Whlzs LLC. By using golfdata.co, the API or the MCP server, you agree to these terms.
The service
GolfData records observed retail prices for golf equipment and makes them available through web pages, an API, an MCP server and published reports. We may add, change or remove features. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.
Accounts and API keys
A key is issued to one person or organization. Keep it secret and do not share it. You are responsible for all use of your key. We may suspend a key that is abused, shared, used to evade limits, or used against the data license.
Plans, payment and limits
Current prices, lookup costs and rate limits are published at /pricing/ and in machine readable form at /v1/pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prepaid lookups do not expire. Price changes apply from your next billing period and are posted before they take effect.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel a subscription at any time and it ends at the close of the paid period. Reports are refundable within 7 days of purchase. An unused prepaid pack is refundable within 14 days. Write to hello@golfdata.co from the email used at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or probe the service, bypass rate limits, scrape pages to avoid the metered API, or use the service for anything unlawful. Automated agents are welcome and must follow the same limits as any other client.
Data accuracy
Prices are observations taken at a point in time and may be wrong, stale or incomplete. They are not offers to sell and not retailer guarantees. Confirm any price with the retailer before you rely on it. GolfData is information, not financial, legal or purchasing advice.
Affiliate links
Some links to retailers are affiliate links, and GolfData may earn a commission on a purchase. This never changes which price is recorded or how products are ranked.
Privacy
We store the email you give us for a key, a price alert or a purchase, along with API usage counts. We use it to run the service and to send service messages. We do not sell personal data. The site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. Ask us to delete your data at any time.
Ownership
The GolfData database, site and software belong to Whlzs LLC. Your rights to use the data are set out in the data license. Brand and product names belong to their owners.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Whlzs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid GolfData in the 12 months before the claim.
